Where is my order?


DOMESTIC: We aim to ship everything in 1-3 business days once an order has been placed. INTERNATIONAL: Shipping times can vary depending on country or location, but we aim to ship everything in 3-10 business days once an order has been placed.




Can I track my order?


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and order details. All orders are trackable via Aus Post Tracking Lost Vintage is not responsible for any lost or missing items with Aus Post




I saw something on @lost__vintage Instagram, can I order it online?


A lot of the stuff we post on Instagram is for in-store only. Keep on the lookout for weekly drops for online stock.




I entered the wrong addess!!


Please notify us IMMEDIATELY if the wrong address has been placed so we can correct it. However, once your item has been sent, we will not be responsible the incorrect address being provided. If we receive a returned parcel due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will happily re-ship the items once you have paid the new shipping costs.




Can I cancel my order?


Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are confirmed.




Why is no one responding to me?


We always aim to get back to you ASAP, however we are a very small team of just two people so If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours, please feel free to drop us another email.

How do I know if an item will fit me?


We recommend referring to the product images and the model’s sizing specifications in the descriptions provided to gauge product fit rather than the listed tag sizes, as sizing can vary between brands, regions and eras.




Will you Negotiate on prices?


Prices are non-negotiable and are reflective of numerous factors including condition, era, rarity, customer demand and wholesale price.




Are the items you sell new?


The items we sell are vintage, meaning they are second hand items. Due to the nature of vintage, items may show signs of wear as some of them are up to 40 years old. Major and significant flaws will be pictured , although please keep in mind that vintage items will show signs of use. Embrace the wear and tear as it tells a story! If you're unsure about any garments - shoot us an email and we can send additional info. We do not accept returns if it has minor wear such as loose threads or fading prints etc. In store we stock some new clothing that is either deadstock vintage or brand new made from recycled and/or organic materials.
