Please keep in mind; we are a vintage clothing store, which means the vast majority of the products we sell are in second hand condition. We endeavour to declare any distinct product faults (such as holes or marks), however it is safe to assume that most items will contain signs of general wash and wear.
If you wish to enquire further about the condition of a specific item prior to purchasing, please contact us via the email address provided in the product description.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds can only be provided if the item is faulty.
Please with any enquiries or details about your faulty item.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or wrong sizing, please chose carefully and pay attention to sizing, description and details before placing your order. For the return of faulty items, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days once we have received the package back.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Once you have contacted us and your faulty return is approved it must be sent back to our store (Shop G03A 27 Lonsdale ST, Braddon, Canberra, ACT, 2612 ) within 3 business days. Tracking details must be provided, we will not refund returns out of this time frame. If you live in Canberra you are welcome to drop your faulty items off in store for return or exchange.
Lost Vintage won’t be held liable for the loss or misplacement of items being returned. We recommend using registered or signed post, and providing us with tracking details once the shipment has been dispatched.
